The drivers of the Fatality Cash this morning have been identified as:
Susan Awayan Blair, fifty-two-years of age, of Thayer, Missouri. (Fatality)
Otis A. Matthews III, twenty-three-years of age, of Memphis, Tennessee and most recently, Jonesboro, Arkansas. (Fatality)

On November 15, 2021, at approximately 5:55 AM, the West Plains Police Department received a report of a vehicle crash on US Highway 63, north of Lanton Road. Upon arrival, Officers discovered a two-vehicle head-on crash in the Southbound lanes of Highway 63.
Officers determined one driver; a twenty-four-year-old male was deceased at the scene. The second driver, a fifty-three-year-old female, was transported by South Howell County Ambulance to Ozark Healthcare in West Plains where she was pronounced deceased.
The Crash is being investigated by the West Plains Crash Investigators, and the West Plains Police Department and were assisted by the West Plains Fire Department, the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Howell County Coroner, and MODOT. The Crash remains under investigation.
