Wednesday crash sends one to hospital in Ozark County

A crash in Ozark County caused minor injuries on Wednesday. 

Crash reports show that a 1993 Chevrolet Suburban driven by 49-year-old Robert Velasquez of Caulfield, MO, was traveling northbound on Highway V, four miles west of Caulfield, when the vehicle swerved to miss a deer in the roadway, lost control, ran off the right side of the road, and overturned. 

Velasquez was taken by ambulance to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains for treatment.
