The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a man in Ripley County.
Arrest reports show that 51-year-old Jeffrey Guthrie of Fairdealing now faces charges of felony DWI – persistent offender and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
Guthrie was taken to the Doniphan Police Department, where he was later released.
