A body was found after an early morning fire in Flippin.
Officials say the fire occurred Saturday at the U-Haul dealership on Main Street.
Personnel responded to the fire just before 2:30 and were on the scene for nearly 2.5 hours.
One person was pronounced dead, and another was checked by medical personnel at the scene but was later released.
Flippin Fire Department says the fire is under investigation, but no foul play is suspected.
The victim’s body is being sent to the Arkansas State Crime Lab to verify identity and cause of death.
