A South Carolina man was arrested in Howell County on Tuesday afternoon.
Arrest records state that 25-year-old Colin Maka of Aiken, SC, was arrested for a misdemeanor Howell County warrant for failure to appear and misdemeanor patrol charges for speeding.
Maka was taken to the Howell County Jail and was placed on bond.
