On Thursday, Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson held a press conference where he signed the tax-cut bill into law.
The Governor called the meeting of the Arkansas State Legislature last week to vote on the bill.
Multiple things were handled in the session, and Governor Hutchinson discussed the first two issues at the bill signing.
