The Thayer Police Department and Oregon County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Salem, AR man in early December.
According to Thayer PD, 23-year-old Jerry Morris was arrested on Dec. 8 for a failure to appear warrant for possession of marijuana, a failure to appear warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to appear for peace disturbance.
Morris was arrested by the Oregon County Sheriff’s Department and was later extradited to the Thayer Jail and is being held on a $631.50 bond cash only.
He must serve 40 days in jail for probation violations before he is eligible to post bond.
