A woman from Lakeview has been sentenced Thursday. 60 year old Cynthia Lynn Ferguson was sentenced to three years of supervised probation on a felony count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one year supervised probation on a misdemeanor count of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana. She was arrested back in January in a nursing home parking lot in Marion County
