An arrest in Howell County put a man behind bars on Saturday.
Arrest records say that 41-year-old Jamie Dulin of West Plains was arrested for felony driving while intoxicated – habitual offender, driving while revoked, no insurance, failure to signal, and no seat belt.
Dulin was taken to the Howell County Jail and was placed on a 12-hour hold.
