THAYER, MO (ECNN) – The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports one person was injured in an Oregon County crash on Monday evening.
Crash reports show a 2013 Toyota Prius driven by 84-year-old Joan Nickels of Thayer, MO was traveling northbound on a private drive, .25 west of Thayer, when a passenger attempted to exit the vehicle, the vehicle then began to drive away and drug the passenger a short distance.
The passenger was listed as 80-year-old Danny Wooley of Thayer.
After the incident, he had minor injuries and was taken to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains for treatment.
