In a press release on Tuesday, the Izard County Sheriff’s Office said that a man who was wanted in Cross County was taken into custody on Monday afternoon.

Izard County officers arrived at a Primrose Lane residence in Horseshoe Bend where Jeffery Young was reportedly staying.

After searching the home and the surrounding area, Young was later found hiding inside a hollowed-out tree.

At the request of Cross County, Young was released to T-Guard Bail Bonds, who transported him to Cross County.
