The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a man on theft charges from December.
Court documents filed on Jan. 24 say a victim gave a statement to the Sheriff’s Office stating that 34-year-old Dexter Moore borrowed one Hilti cordless grinder, one Hilti cordless saw, three batteries for the tools and a charger.
The value of the tools exceeded one thousand dollars.
Dexter was expected to return the tools on Dec. 6, 2021.
The agreement took place on a job site in Viola, AR.
As of Jan. 24, the tools had still not been returned, and had not made any arrangements to return the tools.
Moore is charged with theft of leased or rented entrusted property totaling more than $1,000 but less than $5,000.
His bond was set at $2,500.
