A Houston, TX man was arrested in Carter County by the Highway Patrol.
According to arrest records, 37-year-old Roman Franklin of Houston, TX was arrested for a felony Harris County, TX warrant for dangerous drugs, misdemeanor possession of marijuana – prior offender, speeding, and no valid operator’s license.
Franklin was taken to the Carter County Jail and was placed on no bond.
