The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a man in Howell County.
Arrest records say 26-year-old Taz Harper of Pomona, MO, was arrested for a misdemeanor Howell County warrant – failure to appear, non-support.
Harper was taken to the Howell County Jail and was placed on bond.
