A woman was arrested in Shannon County for an outstanding warrant on Tuesday.
Arrest records show 43-year-old Jesse Bloom of Winona, MO was arrested for a misdemeanor Shannon County warrant.
Bloom was taken to the Shannon County Jail and was placed on bond.
