untitled-design-4-43

Missouri House Bill 2358 has been perfected and will have its third reading on Feb. 22.

HB2358 concerns an employer unless having clear and convincing proof that it would cause undue hardship to the employer to make reasonable accommodation from a COVID-19 vaccine mandate for an employee.

Two local State Representatives sponsor and co-sponsor the bill.

District 154 Representative David Evans filed the legislation with the co-sponsored support of District 143 Representative Ron Copeland.

I was able to speak to both Representatives about the legislation.

Rep. Evans tells us why it was necessary to file this bill.

Rep. Copeland tells us it covers both the employer and the employee.
