The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a man on a felony warrant in Shannon County.
Arrest records say 55-year-old Kevin Joseph of Winona, MO was arrested for a felony Crawford County warrant – possession of amphetamine.
Joseph was taken to the Shannon County Jail and was given no bond.
