A man from Licking has been arrested after fleeing from police and then hitting a patrol car. 28-year-old Tyler Sims is charged with first degree assault, armed criminal action, resisting arrest by fleeing and driving while suspended. Sims was already on probation for resisting arrest. He was taken to Texas County jail and is being held on $1 million bond.
