The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of an Oregon County woman on Monday.
Arrest records show 30-year-old Amber Byars of Thayer was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine in a jail facility, a misdemeanor failure to appear warrant – Franklin County, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
Byars was taken to the Howell County Jail and was placed on a 24-hour hold.
