The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a man in Shannon County on Tuesday evening.
Arrest records say 35-year-old Brandon Baxter of Winona, MO was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
Baxter was taken to the Winona Ranger Station and was later released.
