On Friday morning, a Mountain Home, AR man was fatally injured in a single-vehicle accident.
Crash records say a 2005 GMC Envoy, driven by 83-year-old Hermann Richter, was traveling northbound on Highway 63, six miles north of Houston, when the vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway overcorrected, traveled down a steep embankment, and was then ejected.
Richter was pronounced dead on the scene.
