The Highway Patrol arrested a Doniphan, MO woman on drug charges.
According to arrest records, 35-year-old Melissa Arnold of Doniphan is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, a Ripley County warrant for failure to appear on larceny, and a New Madrid County warrant for failure to appear on fraud.
Arnold is being held in the Ripley County Sheriff’s Office on bond.
