
A Midway woman was arrested in Baxter County on drug charges after she was found to be concealing a quantity of methamphetamine at the detention center.
According to a press release from the Sheriff’s Office, 40-year-old Reba Miller of Midway, AR faces additional charges after concealing the methamphetamine when brought into the Detention Center for booking on March 17.
Miller was arrested by the Mountain Home Police on a District Court Failure to Appear warrant.
After arriving at the Detention Center, staff conducted a search of Miller.
Nearly 14.8 grams of methamphetamine was found concealed on Miller during the search.
Documentation indicated Miller has seven prior convictions for felony offenses and currently has felony drug charges already pending in Baxter County.
Miller faces charges for felony possession of a controlled substance with the purpose of delivery – methamphetamine, felony furnishing prohibited articles, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, and penalty enhancement for being a habitual offender.
Her bond was set at $25,000, and she will be back in court in early April.
