The Izard County Sheriff’s Office is alerting residents of a sex offender that has registered within the county.
According to an offender notification from the sheriff’s office, 42-year-old Timothy Woods had registered at an address on Highway 56 east in Franklin, AR.
Woods is a risk level three and engaged in sexual contact with minor females aging between 10-13.
The information released cannot be used to threaten, intimidate, or harass registered sex offenders.
Citizen abuse will not be tolerated.
Such abuse could potentially end law enforcement’s ability to do community notification.
