A Birch Tree resident faces charges for driving while intoxicated.
Arrest records show 34-years-old Dane Chaney of Birch Tree, MO was arrested for misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, speeding, no insurance, no license plate lamp, careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash, and driving while revoked.
Chaney was taken to the Howell County Jail and was placed on a 12-hour hold.
