A West Memphis, AR man was arrested in Howell County.
Arrest records say 24-year-old Kenneth Childs of West Memphis faces charges for two felony counts of endangering the welfare of a child, driving while intoxicated – drugs, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, possession of marijuana, and failure to comply with interlock requirements.
Childs was taken to the Howell County Jail, where he was later released.
