The City of West Plains and the West Plains Police Department are reminding citizens who are dog owners that dog registration starts on April 1.
There is no fee, but a copy of the dog’s current rabies vaccine is required.
Citizens needing to complete registration can do so at the animal care and control facility, city hall, or at the police department.
