The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a St. Louis man in Howell County.
According to arrest records, 36-year-old Ronald Fulton of St. Louis, MO was arrested on a felony warrant for larceny – St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department and a felony warrant for possessing or receiving stolen property – St. Louis County Police Department.
Fulton is being held in the Howell County Jail on no bond.
