The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man on tampering charges.
According to a release from the Sheriff’s Office, detectives responded to a call regarding a possible stolen vehicle out of Springfield, MO.
Authorities made contact with 30-year-old Cole Wagner of Ava, MO.
Wagner was arrested and transported to the Douglas County Jail pending the filing of formal charges.
A warrant was later issued for felony tampering with a motor vehicle.
His bond was set at $25,000.
