The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a woman on a felony warrant.
According to arrest records, 56-year-old Rosemary Scott of Doniphan, MO was arrested for a felony Ripley County warrant – failure to appear and speeding.
Scott is being held in the Ripley County Sheriff’s Office on bond.
