The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a man in Howell County.
According to arrest records, 20-year-old Clinton Million of Koshkonong, MO was arrested for four misdemeanor Oregon County warrants for failure to appear.
Million was taken to the Howell County Jail and was placed on bond.
