The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a man in Howell County.
According to arrest records, 30-year-old Joseph Lambert of West Plains, MO was arrested for a misdemeanor West Plains Police Department warrant – larceny.
He also faces charges for no insurance and no seat belt.
Lambert was taken to the West Plains Police Department, where he was placed on bond.
