A two-vehicle accident in Baxter County claimed the life of a man on Thursday afternoon.
Fatal crash summaries from the Arkansas State Police show a 2009 Chevrolet driven by 29-year-old Ethan Hutchinson of Bull Shoals, AR was traveling northbound on Highway 5 at Timberlane Road, when the vehicle crossed the centerline and struck a 2011 Chevrolet driven by 60-year-old John Wilson of Mountain Home, AR.
Wilson was killed as a result of the crash.
Hutchinson and another passenger in the 2011 Chevrolet, 40-year-old KC Hartman of Moutain Home, AR, were injured in the crash.
Both were taken to the Baxter Regional Medical Center for treatment.
Weather conditions were sunny, and road conditions were dry at the time of the crash.
