A man faces drug charges in Howell County.
Arrest records say 35-year-old Joseph Vanwinsen of Branson, MO is charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, no seat belt, and no insurance.
Vanwinsen was cited and released on the scene.
