The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a man on Thursday afternoon.
According to arrest records, 43-year-old Billy Tarlton of Winona, MO was arrested for three felony Shannon County warrants for failure to appear.
The original charges for the warrant were for selling dangerous drugs and amphetamines.
Tarlton was taken to the Shannon County Jail, where he was placed on bond.
