The Missouri State Highway Patrol charged a woman with DWI on Wednesday evening.
According to arrest records, 33-year-old Robin Russell of Corning, AR is charged with driving while intoxicated, failing to drive on the right half of the roadway, and having no seatbelt.
Russell was later released by authorities.
