The Missouri State Highway patrol is reporting the arrest of two Houston Missouri residents on felony drug charges. Around 1:30 Wednesday morning the Highway Patrol arrested 42 year old Ralph Reber and 51 year old Lina Vaughan. Both are charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, meth, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Reber is also charged with delivery/distribution/possession of controlled substance in a jail facility. Both were taken to Texas County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
