A West Plains man faces several charges after he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend while she was holding a child. 37 year old Justin Albert Coffman was arrested on charges of 2nd degree domestic assault and 1st degree endangering the welfare of a child. He allegedly slapped, kicked and choked his girlfriend, while she held a child. He has been released on $4,682 bail.
