The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a man will face DWI charges after an accident in Reynolds County.
Crash reports say a 1995 Ford Crown Victoria, driven by 21-year-old Garrett Young of Black, MO was traveling southbound on Highway 21 in Lesterville, when the vehicle struck a 2018 India Motorcycle in the back.
The motorcycle was driven by 52-year-old Harold Swiney of Middle Brook, MO.
Swiney had moderate injuries in the crash and was taken by ambulance to the Iron County Hospital for treatment.
Young fled the scene after the accident but was later located.
He will face charges for felony leaving the scene of an accident involving physical injury, felony driving while intoxicated causing physical injury, careless and imprudent driving involving an accident, and no seat belt.
Young was processed and released by authorities.
