A West Plains man was arrested on a warrant in Howell County.
According to arrest records, 20-year-old Zachery Spurlock of West Plains was arrested for a Mountain View, MO Police Department warrant for failing to yield.
Spurlock will also face charges for going 104 mph in a 65 mph zone and littering.
He is being held in the Mountain View Police Department on bond.
