A man from Thayer has been arrested on felony rape charges. 43-year-old Henry Terrel Berryhill was arrested on a McPherson County South Dakota warrant for class 1 felony second-degree rape, through force, coercion, or threats and two counts of class 3 felony sexual contact with a child. He was also arrested on a McPherson County absconder warrant for class 4 felony grand theft. He is being held without bond awaiting extradition back to South Dakota.
