A Salem Arkansas man has been arrested for theft of firearms. 41-year-old Joseph Young faces charges of felony residential burglary, felony theft of property, and being a habitual offender. The firearms were taken from a residence in Gepp in late May. Young is free after posting a $25,000 bond.
