A man from Hardy was arrested in Craighead County Saturday when he allegedly fell through the ceiling of a convenience store early that morning. 31-year-old Andrew David Marcinowski allegedly enter the Kum & Go Convenience store on Highway 63 in Bono around 2:30 Saturday morning, bought a drink, and then hid in the bathroom saying someone was chasing him. Police were called and while talking to the clerk, they heard a rumbling in the ceiling above the kitchen. Marcinowski then fell through the ceiling and landed on his feet. The officer arrested Marcinowski and he was taken to the Craighead County detention Center. He is charged with public intoxication and criminal mischief, which are both misdemeanors.
