An Ozark County man faces murder charges. 42-year-old Brian Mathew Dunaway of Theodosia allegedly admitted to consuming meth before the shooting Monday evening after witnessing an assault between the 27-year-old victim and his girlfriend. Dunaway is charged with second-degree murder. He is being held in Ozark County.
