A Houston Missouri woman suffered serious injuries in a motorcycle accident south of Houston Wednesday afternoon. The Highway Patrol reports that 59-year-old Julie Hartman was injured when the motorcycle she was on accelerated and hit a metal pole, then overturned and ejected Hartman from it. She was flown to Mercy Hospital in Springfield. The accident happened on Hogan Road about four miles south of Houston.
