
A Mountain Home woman suffered serious injuries in a motorcycle accident in Douglas County Sunday afternoon. According to the highway patrol report, 28-year-old Laura George was hurt when she drove off the road and hit a fence. The accident happened on highway 14 at Vera Cruz. George was taken to Cox South in Springfield.
A man from Flippin Arkansas was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident Saturday morning east of Cabool. The Highway Patrol reports that 77-year-old Raymond Kellogg was injured when he drove off the road and overturned the bike. He was taken to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains. The accident happened on Highway 63 about five miles east of Cabool.
A man from Gainesville was injured in a motorcycle accident in Ozark County Saturday night. 43-year-old franklin Treece suffered moderate injuries when a pickup driven by 52-year-old Danial Teconchuk pulled into his path. The motorcycle hit the pickup and Treece was flown to Cox South in Springfield. The accident happened on Missouri Highway 5 about half a mile north of U.S. 160.
A Willow Springs teen was injured in accident west of Willow Springs Saturday. The Highway Patrol reports that 18-year-old Esmerelda Corona lost control of the car she was driving on a curve, ran off the road, and hit a tree. Corona suffered moderate injuries and was taken to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains. The accident happened on Forest Service Road 108 about six miles west of Willow Springs.
Three Ava residents were injured in an accident south of Ava Sunday afternoon. 31-year-old Alisa Shebeil, 35-year-old Michael Shebiel, and Braxten Shebiel all suffered minor injuries when Michael Shebiel drove off the road and hit a tree. All three were taken to Mercy Hospital in Springfield. The accident happened on AB about nine miles south of Ava.
An accident in Wright County Sunday night left two people with injuries. The Highway Patrol reports that 20-year-old Tymarie Allen of Norwood suffered moderate injuries and 19-year-old Tyler Lowery of Grovespring suffered minor injuries when a vehicle failed to yield to the vehicle Allen was driving and hit Allen’s vehicle in the side, causing her to travel off the road and hit a utility pole. The other vehicle left the scene of the accident. Both Allen and Lowery were taken to Cox South in Springfield. The accident happened on highway M in Grovespring.
