A man from Winona was arrested by the Highway Patrol Monday evening in Shannon County. 53-year-old George Ipock was arrested on charges of felony unlawful possession of a firearm, felony possession of a controlled substance, meth, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to Shannon County jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
