Texas County authorities arrested a man in connection with a murder in 2007. 63-year-old Tommie Whetzell of Liberal Missouri faces charges of murder in the death of Ricky Luebbert. The investigation was reopened in January after new interviews with witnesses and additional analysis of evidence. The death investigation was featured on the TV show “Cold Justice”. Whetzel is being held without bond.
