A Gassville Arkansas man has been arrested on lottery fraud charges. 36 year old Lonnie Tolliver allegedly attempted top redeem a stolen $2 scratch-off ticket. An entire roll of the Super Triple 777 lottery tickets were stolen from a convenience store in Flippin. Tolliver also was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond for the Lottery charge is $2,500 and bond for the drug charge is $5,000
