Two Doniphan residents were arrested by the Highway Patrol on Saturday. 28-year-old Freddie Richmond and 46-year-old Chad Dye are both charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, meth, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Dye also faces misdemeanor traffic offenses. Both were taken to the Ripley County Sheriff’s Office and placed on a 24-hour hold.
